Go Green Challenge: Challenge Goals

We hope to spark some exciting environmentally friendly changes throughout the company and we hope to meet the following goals through our Challenge:

• Establishing a Green Team at each location to meet quarterly to discuss and facilitate local green initiatives.
• Developing recycling programs for each location. Additionally, locations will be asked to conduct an informal energy audit to evaluate energy usage. A recycling plan will be developed and the energy audit will take place before the end of the Go Green Challenge.
• Eliminating Styrofoam and non-environmentally friendly break room consumables altogether by ordering environmentally friendly goods.
• Reducing consumption of break room products by encouraging employees to participate in utilizing reusable containers and utensils.
• Creating a space (corkboard, magnetic board, etc.) at each location to facilitate a public sharing of environmental information, articles and tidbits.
